  3. Password (When You register with HalaPlay, your account is protected by means of login information which includes a username and a password that is known only to You)

(6) Additionally, for those of You who wish to participate in any of the Free Leagues/ Paid Leagues held by HalaPlay, the following information is collected:

  1. Name

  2. Birth Date

  3. Nationality

  4. Mobile number in India

  5. Postal/Contact address in India

  6. PAN (as applicable)

  7. Address Proof (Aadhar card/Driving License/Voter ID/ Passport Issue by Indian Government).


(7) This Privacy Policy explains how HalaPlay collects, uses, and protects Your personally identifying information, including without limitation, information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, a home, postal or other physical address, other contact information, title, birth date, gender, occupation, industry, personal interests, other information ("Personal Information") and under what circumstances it may be disclosed.


By accepting this Privacy Policy, You expressly consent to HalaPlay's use and disclosure of Your personal and other information only in the manner prescribed in this Privacy Policy.


(8) To verify the KYC, PAN card, Aadhar card, Voter Id, driving license, and Passport can be uploaded. Kindly note we collect:


  1. Copy of PAN Card / Aadhar card /Voter Id, /Driving license / Passport against the Address (for location verification), with Age Proof (18 years and above) &

  2. PAN (for tax purposes), and bank account details of users

(9) When You visit www.halaplay.com, certain information may also be automatically collected and stored, including:


  1. The address of Your computer, browser type and language.

  2. The date and the time during which You accessed the site.

  3. The address of the website to which You got linked to www.halaplay.com

(10) Emails:

If you send Us an e-mail or give any feedback to HalaPlay through the Website, we may collect Your email address and the full content of Your email, including attached files, and other information You provide. HalaPlay may use and display Your full name and email address when You send an email notification to a friend through the HalaPlay Platforms. HalaPlay may use this email address to contact You, for things such as notifications of HalaPlay's additional/new products or services. (11) When You get Yourself registered with HalaPlay, you agree to receive email from HalaPlay, specially authorized by HalaPlay and other Users. You also agree and acknowledge that when You use Our referral program, We will send emails to that person on Your behalf and will Your email address will be shown as the address from which such emails are sent to Your referral.

(14) Software Applications:

HalaPlay may also use software applications for traffic analysis for the Website to gain information on statistics, for advertising, and for determining the efficiency and popularity of HalaPlay among others. If You come across any suspected breach of security, including compromise of Your login information, it is Your responsibility to immediately ensure the same is brought to the notice of HalaPlay.

  4. HalaPlay complies with the guidelines mentioned under Google Play Developer Program Policy and has built industry-standard APIs in the SDKs which enable you to opt-in of personalization using advertising ID only after explicit consent from you.


(15) Other Websites: The HalaPlay platforms may contain links to other websites. Those are governed by their own privacy policies, and We do not have any control over them. It is Your responsibility to read and understand the privacy policy of such websites when You follow a link outside HalaPlay platform.


(16) Sharing of Information:

  1. HalaPlay has a policy of not sharing any personal identity information with anyone other than entities specially authorized by HalaPlay which may also include advertisers and sponsors. However, HalaPlay may use Your name, login ID and the state from where You are participating while announcing the results of any contests running on the Website. Such contests are governed by terms and conditions which shall be available on the Website. Periodic analysis and survey of the traffic are conducted by HalaPlay for market research and advertising purposes. HalaPlay has a right to share Your registration information with the appointed market research and advertising companies or firms from time to time for the said purposes and it may also use cumulative non-personal information for auditing and analysis purposes with the aim of improving its services.

Accordingly, We assume no responsibility or liability for the disclosure of any of Your Personal Information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

    6. We reiterate that the protection of Your privacy begins with You. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of Your user ID or password You use to register, and You should always be careful and responsible whenever disclosing information online.

HalaPlay does not assume liability for any events beyond Our direct control or events arising from Force Majeure, such as acts of God, of governmental authorities, war, political unrest, civil disturbances, or changes in applicable law. Despite Our best efforts to maintain Your privacy, due to the nature of the prevailing technology and software, we cannot guarantee, nor do We represent that there will be error-free performance as regards the privacy of your Personal Information. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages relating to the use or release of Personal Information.

    We offer you the chance to "opt-out" from having your personally identifiable information used for particular functions when we ask you for this detail.
